BJP Belongs to Workers, Congress to Leaders: Om Prakash Dhankar

Senior BJP leader and National Secretary Om Prakash Dhankar shared his views in an exclusive interview.
He stated that BJP National President JP Nadda has assigned a new responsibility where one minister and one party official will listen to public grievances daily at the BJP headquarters. This will also help in receiving direct feedback about the organization.

Speaking about the election of the national president, he said that 8 to 9 state presidents will be appointed in the next 2–3 days. Once the national election officer announces the date, the election for the national president will be held. He congratulated all those who have been given new responsibilities within the party.

Commenting on the Congress organization, Dhankar said that the BJP is an organization of its workers, while Congress functions through its leaders. The reason Congress hasn’t built a strong organization over the years is because individuals focus on personal clout rather than collective structure.
