आय से 50 लाख अधिक लेनदेन, डीसी के PA शशांक पर रिश्वत का बड़ा खुलासा

सोनीपत के उपायुक्त के निजी सहायक शशांक शर्मा पर रिश्वतखोरी और आय से अधिक संपत्ति का गंभीर आरोप सामने आया है। राई तहसील में एक लिपिक का ट्रांसफर करवाने के लिए 3.5 लाख रुपये की रिश्वत लेते हुए उसे एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो ने रंगे हाथ पकड़ा। पूछताछ में पता चला कि उसके बैंक खाते से अब तक 76 लाख रुपये का लेन-देन हुआ, जबकि उसकी सरकारी वेतन आय केवल 25 लाख रुपये है।

जांच में खुलासा हुआ कि शशांक ने अन्य कर्मचारियों, ऑपरेटरों और ड्राइवरों के माध्यम से भी पैसों का लेन-देन किया। डीआईटीएस ऑपरेटरों और निजी व्यक्तियों से बार-बार बड़ी रकम ट्रांसफर करवाई गई।

अब तक की जांच में तकनीकी साक्ष्य भी मिले हैं और जिन कर्मचारियों के नाम सामने आए हैं, उन्हें भी जांच के दायरे में लाया गया है। शशांक कई वर्षों से एक ही पटल पर तैनात था और उसने अपने पद का दुरुपयोग कर भ्रष्टाचार को अंजाम दिया।

In Sonipat, Shashank Sharma, the personal assistant to the Deputy Commissioner, has been arrested for allegedly accepting a bribe of ?3.5 lakh for facilitating a transfer in Rai tehsil. Anti-Corruption Bureau investigations revealed that transactions worth ?76 lakh took place through his bank account, while his salary over the years amounted to only ?25 lakh.

Further inquiry uncovered that he routed bribe money through fellow staff members, DITS operators, and even a driver. Several large sums were transferred regularly, including via UPI and digital platforms, often in amounts ranging from ?50,000 to ?1 lakh.

Additionally, Shashank reportedly received substantial funds from personal contacts as well. Authorities have obtained technical evidence during the two-day remand, and the officials involved in these transactions are now also under investigation. Shashank had been posted on the same influential desk for over five years.
