Meeting with CP Sonipat Regarding Farmers' Issues

A delegation from the Bharatiya Kisan Nauzwan Union met with the Honorable Commissioner Mamta Singh Ji to discuss various issues faced by farmers. Commissioner Mamta Singh Ji listened attentively to all the concerns raised by the farmers and assured them of concrete steps toward resolving their problems.

The farmers highlighted the increasing incidents of theft in fields, including tube well wires, motors, and other equipment, which are causing them significant difficulties and financial losses. They humbly requested the Honorable Commissioner to take strict action through the police to prevent such thefts in the agricultural fields.

Commissioner Mamta Singh Ji assured the farmers that strict measures are already being implemented to prevent thefts in the fields and that results will be visible soon. She also mentioned that she would be visiting villages and blocks as part of an anti-drug campaign in the coming days and would encourage the youth to stay away from substance abuse.

The farmers responded positively, stating that if the administration runs awareness campaigns against drug abuse at the village and block levels, the Bharatiya Kisan Nauzwan Union would fully support the initiative at the grassroots level.

Commissioner Mamta Singh Ji concluded by saying that her doors are always open for the farmers and that she is always willing to find solutions to their genuine concerns through dialogue.
