He highlighted the increase in farmers’ credit card limits, the establishment of new fertilizer plants to address urea shortages, and the doubling of the startup budget, which will create new employment opportunities. Increase in the Farmer Credit Card limit from ?3 lakh to ?5 lakh.

Cotton farmers to receive loans up to ?5 lakh at lower interest rates.

Small traders will also benefit from an increased credit limit of ?5 lakh.

Tax-free income threshold raised to ?12 lakh, marking a historic reform.

Madan concluded that this budget will propel India rapidly towards its development goals, ensuring economic growth and prosperity for all.
