Nayab Government Respects Public Sentiments and Includes Development Plans for All Sections in the Budget: Badoli

Media Report, Chandigarh – Reacting to the budget presented by the Nayab Government, BJP State President Pandit Mohan Lal Badoli praised the budget, stating that it reflects a new vision for development. He emphasized that the budget, presented by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini in his role as Finance Minister, would lay the foundation for growth and prosperity.

Badoli highlighted that the budget ensures the upliftment of all sections of society, including the poor, farmers, women, underprivileged, and youth. He expressed gratitude to CM Nayab Singh Saini for making a provision of ?5000 crore for financial assistance to women under the Lado Lakshmi Yojana.

The BJP State President described this as a budget of prosperity for Haryana. He pointed out that CM Nayab Singh Saini presented a budget of ?2,05,017 crore, reaffirming the government’s commitment to fulfilling electoral promises. The ?5000 crore allocation under the Lado Lakshmi Yojana will provide ?2100 per woman, empowering them economically. He further stated that the budget respects public sentiments and incorporates suggestions from various sections while ensuring holistic development.

New Initiatives for Haryana's Future

Badoli announced that a new department, the "Department of Future," will be established to make Haryana’s future secure. Under the AI mission, hubs will be set up in Gurugram and Panchkula. To boost startups, the Haryana government will encourage private investors to create a ?2000 crore "Fund of Funds," generating employment opportunities.

To combat drug addiction among youth, the budget proposes the establishment of the "Mera Sankalp Authority," with an initial allocation of ?10 crore. The Nayab government is committed to tackling issues like illegal migration via the "Donkey Route."

Vision for Mission Haryana-2047

Under Mission Haryana-2047, the government aims to elevate the state's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to $1 trillion. The BJP State President highlighted the government's commitment to protecting farmers from counterfeit seeds and pesticides. Women engaged in dairy farming, agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, and fisheries will receive interest-free loans of ?1 lakh. Seed testing labs will be set up in all districts to benefit farmers.

Transformational Reforms in Education

Badoli described the budget as historic for education. A government college in each district will be developed into a "Model Culture College" on the lines of Rajkiya Model Sanskriti Schools. Under the "Kalpana Chawla Scholarship Scheme," girls pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate studies in science and engineering will receive scholarships of up to ?1 lakh per year. Families earning less than ?3 lakh annually will have tuition fees waived for daughters enrolled in B.Sc. courses in university-affiliated colleges.

Skill Development and Infrastructure Enhancement

Under the "Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Samman Yojana," 2000 final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students will receive an internship stipend of ?10,000 per month. Bus terminals will be developed in Pipli, Karnal, Sector-36 Gurugram, Ballabgarh (Faridabad), and Sonipat under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. ?71 crore has been allocated for the construction of a Transport Bhawan, and free bus travel will be provided to all differently-abled individuals.

A heliport will be developed on 16 acres in Gurugram to facilitate pilot training, with the purchase of 10 single-engine and 2 double-engine training aircraft for students.
