सोनीपत में फेसबुक लाइव पर संत कबीर का फोटो फाड़ने पर युवक के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज

राजस्थान के एक युवक ने फेसबुक पर लाइव आकर संत कबीर का फोटो फाड़ दिया, जिसके बाद धनाना स्थित सतलोक आश्रम के संचालक संत रामपाल के मीडिया प्रभारी एडवोकेट चांद राठी ने उसके खिलाफ बरोदा थाना पुलिस में विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज करवाया है। राठी का कहना है कि आरोपित के खिलाफ पहले भी इसी तरह के दो मामले दर्ज हैं। पुलिस तफ्तीश कर रही है।

एडवोकेट चांद राठी, जो पंजाब व हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट में प्रैक्टिस करते हैं, संत रामपाल के सभी कानूनी मामलों की पैरवी भी करते हैं।

उन्होंने बताया कि आरोपित पवन यादव जयपुर में निरंकारी सत्संग भवन के पास रहता है और 'Pawan Das is Live' नाम से फेसबुक पेज चलाता है। इसी पेज पर लाइव आकर उसने संत कबीर दास का फोटो फाड़ा और दूसरों को भी ऐसा करने के लिए उकसाया।

राठी ने यह भी कहा कि पवन यादव संत रामपाल की तस्वीरों का गलत तरीके से इस्तेमाल कर रहा है, जबकि उसका उनसे कोई संबंध नहीं है। वर्ष 2022 में संत रामपाल ने पवन के खिलाफ भोले-भाले लोगों से पैसे ठगने के आरोप में बरवाला थाने में मामला दर्ज करवाया था। उस मामले में वह जेल भी जा चुका है और केस अभी अदालत में चल रहा है।

इसी वर्ष पवन ने फेसबुक लाइव में भगवान परशुराम के बारे में आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी की थी, जिसके चलते धार्मिक भावनाएं भड़काने का मामला दर्ज हुआ था। उसमें वह फिलहाल जमानत पर है। अब उसने फेसबुक लाइव पर संत कबीर की तस्वीर फाड़कर विवाद खड़ा कर दिया है। बरोदा थाना पुलिस ने उसके खिलाफ नया मामला दर्ज कर लिया है।

A youth from Rajasthan went live on Facebook and tore a picture of Saint Kabir, prompting the media in-charge of Sant Rampal’s Satlok Ashram in Dhanana village, Advocate Chand Rathi, to file a complaint at Baroda police station. Rathi claims that the accused already has two similar cases registered against him. Police have begun an investigation.

Advocate Chand Rathi, son of Randhir Singh Rathi, practices in the Punjab and Haryana High Court and also serves as the media in-charge for Sant Rampal, handling all legal matters on his behalf.

Rathi stated that the accused, Pawan Yadav, resides near the Nirankari Satsang Bhawan in Jaipur and operates a Facebook page under the name “Pawan Das is Live.” Through this page, he allegedly tore a photograph of Saint Kabir during a live video and encouraged others to do the same.

Rathi added that Pawan Yadav has also been misusing Sant Rampal’s photographs despite having no association with him. In 2022, Sant Rampal had lodged a case against Pawan at the Barwala police station for allegedly duping innocent people. The accused was jailed in that matter, which is still pending in court.

Earlier this year, Pawan had also gone live on Facebook and allegedly made derogatory remarks about Lord Parshuram, following which a case was registered for hurting religious sentiments. He is currently out on bail in that case. The latest incident involving the tearing of Saint Kabir’s photo has now led the Baroda police to register a new case against him.
