मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने कहा कि सुशासन केवल प्रशासनिक ढांचा नहीं, बल्कि आमजन की भावनाओं को समझने और उनसे सीधा संवाद स्थापित करने की सोच है। जब किसान, मजदूर, युवा और महिलाएं यह महसूस करें कि सरकार उनकी अपनी है, तभी वास्तविक सुशासन संभव हो पाता है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने स्पष्ट किया कि पारदर्शिता, जवाबदेही और समयबद्ध सेवाएं सुशासन की आधारशिला हैं। वे सोमवार देर शाम ऋषिहुड विश्वविद्यालय में आयोजित मुख्यमंत्री गुड गवर्नेंस एसोसिएट्स (CMGGA) 2025 के दूसरे चरण के शुभारंभ समारोह को संबोधित कर रहे थे।

उन्होंने बताया कि वर्ष 2016 में शुरू किया गया यह कार्यक्रम शिक्षित और ऊर्जावान युवाओं को शासन व्यवस्था से जोड़ने की एक अभिनव पहल है। यह कोई सामान्य नौकरी नहीं, बल्कि युवाओं को ‘चेंज-मेकर’ के रूप में विकसित करने का मंच है। अब तक 175 से अधिक एसोसिएट्स गांवों में जाकर संवाद के माध्यम से समस्याओं के समाधान सुझा चुके हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने हरियाणा की प्राचीन सांस्कृतिक विरासत का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि 4,600 वर्ष पुरानी राखीगढ़ी सभ्यता राज्य की समृद्ध परंपरा को दर्शाती है। उन्होंने बताया कि CMGGA के 70 प्रतिशत से अधिक पूर्व एसोसिएट्स आज भी नीति अनुसंधान और सामाजिक विकास के क्षेत्रों में सक्रिय हैं।

CMGGA-2025 के नए स्वरूप पर प्रकाश डालते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि इस चरण का मूल मंत्र है—“अब नवाचार से आगे बढ़कर प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन।” इस बार ग्लोबल विलेज फाउंडेशन क्रियान्वयन एजेंसी और ऋषिहुड यूनिवर्सिटी लर्निंग पार्टनर की भूमिका निभा रही है। कुल 27 एसोसिएट्स ग्रामीण विकास, नीति अनुसंधान, शासन, जलवायु नीति और डेटा एनालिटिक्स जैसे विषयों पर काम करेंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने एसोसिएट्स से आह्वान किया कि वे इस अवसर को केवल करियर का साधन न मानें, बल्कि राष्ट्र-निर्माण का दायित्व समझें। चुनौतियों और गलतियों से सीख लेकर आगे बढ़ना ही सच्चे नेतृत्व की पहचान है।

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini stated that good governance is not limited to laws and administration but is about understanding people’s emotions and maintaining a strong connection with society. True governance, he said, is achieved when farmers, workers, youth, and women feel that the government truly belongs to them.

Emphasizing transparency, accountability, and timely service delivery as the core pillars of good governance, the Chief Minister was addressing the launch ceremony of the second phase of the Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associates (CMGGA) 2025 at Rishihood University on Monday evening.

He explained that the CMGGA program, launched in 2016, was designed to integrate educated and dynamic youth into the governance system. The initiative is not a conventional job but a platform to nurture young “change-makers.” So far, over 175 associates have contributed by engaging with villages and proposing solutions through grassroots-level dialogue.

Highlighting Haryana’s rich heritage, the Chief Minister referred to the 4,600-year-old Rakhigarhi civilization as a symbol of the state’s historical prosperity. He noted that more than 70 percent of former CMGGA associates continue to work in policy research, social sectors, and development initiatives.

Sharing details of the new format of CMGGA-2025, he said the guiding principle of this phase is, “Innovation has happened, now it’s time for execution.” The Global Village Foundation is serving as the implementation agency, while Rishihood University is the learning partner. A total of 27 associates will work in priority areas such as rural development, governance, climate policy, public policy research, and data analytics.

Addressing the associates, the Chief Minister urged them to view this opportunity not merely as a certificate or career milestone, but as a mission of nation-building, encouraging integrity, innovation, and dedication in public service.
