आवारा कुत्तों व लावारिस पशुओं की समस्या के लिए जिला हेल्पलाइन शुरू

शहर और ग्रामीण इलाकों में आवारा कुत्तों तथा लावारिस गोवंश से उत्पन्न समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के लिए जिला स्तर पर एक हेल्पलाइन सेल का गठन किया गया है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य आमजन की शिकायतों को जल्द दर्ज कर संबंधित विभागों के साथ समन्वय बनाते हुए प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करना है।

उपायुक्त सुशील सारवान ने बताया कि इस हेल्पलाइन सेल के अंतर्गत खंड विकास एवं पंचायत कार्यालयों से जुड़े ग्राम सचिवों को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। ये अधिकारी निर्धारित समय के भीतर प्राप्त शिकायतों को दर्ज कर उनके निस्तारण की प्रक्रिया सुनिश्चित करेंगे। कर्मचारियों की ड्यूटी दो पालियों में तय की गई है—सुबह 9 बजे से दोपहर 3 बजे तक और दोपहर 3 बजे से रात 9 बजे तक।

नागरिक हेल्पलाइन नंबर 0130-4091320 पर आवारा कुत्तों या लावारिस पशुओं से जुड़ी किसी भी समस्या की सूचना दे सकते हैं। हेल्पलाइन पर प्राप्त शिकायतों पर संबंधित क्षेत्र के नोडल अधिकारी तुरंत कार्रवाई करेंगे।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि इस समस्या से प्रभावी ढंग से निपटने के लिए सभी संबंधित विभागों को आपसी तालमेल के साथ कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने नागरिकों से अपील की कि किसी भी परेशानी की स्थिति में सीधे हेल्पलाइन से संपर्क करें। साथ ही, हेल्पलाइन से जुड़े अधिकारी अपनी ड्यूटी के दौरान पूरा रिकॉर्ड रखेंगे और समय-समय पर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करेंगे। अधिक जानकारी के लिए नागरिक अपने क्षेत्र के खंड विकास एवं पंचायत कार्यालय से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

To provide quick solutions to issues related to stray dogs and abandoned cattle roaming in streets and villages, a district-level helpline cell has been established. The initiative aims to promptly register public complaints and take effective action by coordinating with the concerned departments.

Deputy Commissioner Sushil Sarwan informed that under this helpline system, village secretaries associated with Block Development and Panchayat Offices have been assigned duties. They will record complaints received within the stipulated time and ensure their resolution. Staff duties have been scheduled in two shifts—from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Citizens can register complaints or report problems related to stray dogs or abandoned animals by calling the helpline number 0130-4091320. Upon receiving complaints, the nodal officers of the concerned areas will take immediate action.

The Deputy Commissioner added that all related departments have been instructed to work in close coordination to effectively tackle the issue of stray animals. He appealed to residents to directly contact the helpline in case of any inconvenience. Officers associated with the helpline will maintain proper records during their duty hours and submit regular reports.
