शेखपुरा-पुरखास रोड निर्माण पर उठे सवाल, कुछ ही महीनों में उखड़ने लगी बजरी

शेखपुरा से पुरखास तक बन रही सड़क कुछ ही महीनों में खराब होने लगी है। जगह-जगह इसकी बजरी उखड़ने लगी है, जिससे वाहन चालकों, खासकर स्कूली बच्चों और दोपहिया चालकों को काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि सड़क निर्माण के दौरान पीडब्ल्यूडी अधिकारियों ने गुणवत्ता पर ध्यान नहीं दिया, जिसके चलते बारिश में सड़क जल्दी ही खराब हो गई। लोगों ने विभाग से जांच की मांग की है और चेतावनी दी है कि अगर सुधार जल्द नहीं हुआ तो वे सीएम विंडो पर शिकायत करेंगे।

पीडब्ल्यूडी के कनिष्ठ अभियंता नवनीत ने बताया कि फिलहाल सड़क पर सिर्फ पहली परत डाली गई है और यदि कहीं डामर उखड़ रहा है तो उसकी मरम्मत की जाएगी। जल्द ही दूसरी परत भी बिछाई जाएगी जिससे सड़क मजबूत हो जाएगी।

The under-construction road from Shekhpura to Purkhas has started to deteriorate just a few months after the work began. Gravel has started peeling off at several places, causing trouble for commuters, especially school children and two-wheeler riders.

Villagers allege that PWD officials did not pay proper attention during the road construction, leading to its damage during the rainy season. They have demanded an investigation and proper reconstruction of the road, warning that if repairs are not done soon, they will escalate the matter to the CM Window.

Junior Engineer Navneet stated that only the first layer of tar has been laid on the road so far. If the surface is coming off, it will be repaired, and the second layer will soon be applied to strengthen the road.
