54वी हरियाणा तकनीकी सलाहकार समिति की बैठक मंगलवार को हरियाणा कि वित्तीय आयुक्त, राजस्व एवं एसीएस राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबंधन डॉ. सुमिता मिश्रा ने वीसी के माध्यम से बाढ़ प्रबंधन कार्यो की समीक्षा को लेकर उपयुक्तों के साथ की बैठक ओर उनको जिले में बाढ़ प्रबंधन कार्यो को लेकर किये जा रहे कार्यो के बारे में उचित दिशा-निर्देश दियें।
उपायुक्त डॉ० मनोज कुमार ने सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि बाढ़ प्रबंधन को लेकर जिला में किए जा रहे विकास कार्यों को तेजी से पूरा करवाएं ताकि ये सभी कार्य आने वाली बरसाती सीजन तक पूरे हो सकें और लोगों को बरसात सीजन में किसी प्रकार की परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े एवं नए कार्यो जिनकी अनुमति मिली है। उन्हें एक बार फिर से पुनः विचार करें व जो भी कार्यो ज्यादा जरूरी है। उसे सबसे पहले करवाया जाए। उपायुक्त डॉ० मनोज कुमार ने मगंलवार को लघु सचिवालय में सिंचाई व जनस्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ सूखा राहत एवं बाढ़ नियंत्रण बोर्ड की बैठक कर उन्हें उचित दिशा-निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान उन्होंने आगामी सूखा राहत एवं बाढ़ नियंत्रण बोर्ड की 55वी एवं 56वी बैठक में रखे गए 43 और 27 कार्यो की भी समीक्षा की।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सिंचाई विभाग द्वारा जलभराव की समस्या के समाधान के लिए जो भी विकास कार्य करवाएं जा रहे है उनमें क्वालिटी का विशेष ध्यान रखें अगर कहीं से इस बारे में कोई शिकायत मिली तो उसकी तुरंत जांच करवाकर उसे तुरूत दुरूस्त करें। उन्होने अधिकारियों को दिशा-निर्देश दिये बारिश के पानी की निकासी के लिए पम्पिंग सेट की व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए पूरी तरह दुरूस्त होनी चाहिए
इस मौके पर जनस्वास्थ्य विभाग के एसई राजीव गुप्ता, सिंचाई विभाग से एससी, एक्सईएन गुलशन, पुनीत, आशीष व मंजीत हुड्डड्ढा सहित संबंधित सभी अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

Pumping Set System Must Be Fully Functional for Rainwater Drainage

The 54th Haryana Technical Advisory Committee meeting was held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Dr. Sumita Mishra, Financial Commissioner, Revenue & ACS, Revenue and Disaster Management, Haryana. She conducted a virtual meeting with the Deputy Commissioners to review flood management efforts and provided them with necessary guidelines regarding flood preparedness in their respective districts.

Deputy Commissioner Dr. Manoj Kumar instructed Irrigation Department officials to expedite the completion of flood management-related development works to ensure their readiness before the upcoming monsoon season. He emphasized that residents should not face any difficulties during the rainy season. Additionally, he directed officials to reassess newly approved projects and prioritize the most urgent tasks.

On Tuesday, Dr. Manoj Kumar held a meeting at the Mini Secretariat with officials from the Irrigation and Public Health Department under the Drought Relief and Flood Control Board and provided them with necessary instructions. During the meeting, he also reviewed 43 projects from the 55th meeting and 27 projects from the 56th meeting of the Drought Relief and Flood Control Board.

The Deputy Commissioner stressed that all ongoing flood control development projects must maintain high-quality standards. He warned that any complaints regarding quality issues would be immediately investigated and rectified. Additionally, he directed officials to ensure that the pumping set system for rainwater drainage is in optimal working condition.

The meeting was attended by SE Rajiv Gupta (Public Health Department), SC & XENs Gulshan, Puneet, Ashish, Manjeet Hooda (Irrigation Department), and other concerned officials.
