हरियाणा के सोनीपत जिले में महर्षि दयानंद विश्वविद्यालय (MDU) की बीए हिंदी छठे सेमेस्टर की परीक्षा का पेपर आज सुबह परीक्षा शुरू होने के कुछ ही देर बाद लीक हो गया। यह पेपर पास की फोटोस्टेट दुकानों तक पहुंच गया, जहां बड़ी संख्या में छात्र इसकी कॉपी करवाते देखे गए। न तो विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन और न ही पुलिस को इस पेपर लीक की कोई जानकारी थी।

भारत-पाक तनाव के कारण 10 और 11 मई की परीक्षाएं स्थगित कर दी गई थीं, जिसके बाद आज फिर से परीक्षा शुरू हुई। लेकिन पेपर लीक की घटना से परीक्षा की निष्पक्षता पर सवाल उठ गया है। परीक्षा के दौरान कई फोटोस्टेट दुकानदार पैसों के लालच में धारा 163 का खुला उल्लंघन करते देखे गए। परीक्षा केंद्रों में भी सुरक्षा के कोई खास इंतजाम नहीं थे।

जिला उपायुक्त डॉ. मनोज कुमार ने बताया कि परीक्षा केंद्रों के 200 मीटर के दायरे में भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता 2023 की धारा 163 लागू कर दी गई है, जिसके तहत फोटोस्टेट दुकानें बंद रखी जानी चाहिए थीं और पांच से अधिक लोगों का जमावड़ा प्रतिबंधित था। लेकिन इन नियमों का पालन नहीं हुआ, और प्रशासन ने उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की चेतावनी दी है।

In a serious lapse of examination integrity, the BA Hindi 6th semester paper of Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) was leaked today in Sonipat shortly after the exam began. The leaked paper surfaced at photocopy shops, where a large number of students were seen getting copies made. Neither the university administration nor the police were initially aware of the leak.

This incident took place after exams resumed today following a temporary postponement due to India-Pakistan tensions on May 10 and 11. During the resumed exam, photocopy shop owners openly violated Section 163 regulations for monetary gain. The area lacked proper security arrangements even within the exam center premises.

District Deputy Commissioner Dr. Manoj Kumar stated that Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been imposed around exam centers. Under this rule, all photocopy shops within 200 meters of exam centers were to remain closed, and gatherings of five or more people were banned. However, these rules were blatantly flouted today.

Strict legal action has been promised against those who violate these directives.
