यूँ तो आएदिन कोई न कोई खबर आप तक आती ही रहती है लेकिन पढ़ने वाले बच्चों को लेकर जब कोई परेशान करने वाली खबर मिलती है तो कलेजा तार-तार हो जाता है। आपको बता दें कि सोनीपत शहर में मुरथल अड्डा पर स्थित कन्या स्कूल की 5 छात्राओं को बन्दरों ने काट लिया जिससे स्कूल में दहशत का माहौल बना हुआ है। सोनीपत शहर व आस पास के इलाके में बन्दरों के आतंक की खबरें नई नहीं हैं।
वहीं जब पढ़ने वाले बच्चों को मामूली सी खरोंच तक आ जाने पर अभिभावकों व अध्यापकों को बुरे दौर से गुजरना पड़ता है तो सोचिए जिन मासूम बच्चियों को उन बन्दरो ने अपना शिकार बनाया है उनके ऊपर क्या बीत रही होगी। ऐसे में सरकार व प्रशासन की क्या जिम्मेदारी बनती है, अगर ये बात उनकी समझ में आ जाती तो आज ये हादसा न हुआ होता।
मीडिया रिपोर्ट जिला प्रशासन सोनीपत से अपील करता है कि बंदरों, बेसहारा पशुओं, व असामाजिक तत्वों को गम्भीरता से लेकर उनका सटीक ईलाज करे ताकि आपके और हमारे सोनीपत को भयमुक्त माहौल दिया जा सके।

While we hear some or the other news every day, it is truly heartbreaking when troubling reports surface regarding school children. In a shocking incident, five girl students from a girls' school located near Murthal Adda in Sonipat city were bitten by monkeys, leading to an atmosphere of fear and panic in the school premises.

The issue of monkey attacks in Sonipat city and surrounding areas is not new. However, when even a minor scratch on a child creates panic for parents and teachers, imagine what trauma those innocent girls must be going through after being attacked by monkeys.

This incident raises serious questions about the responsibility of the government and the administration. Had they understood the gravity of the situation earlier, perhaps such an incident could have been avoided.

This media report appeals to the Sonipat district administration to take concrete and serious action against monkeys, stray animals, and anti-social elements, so that we can work towards making Sonipat a safe and fear-free city for all.
