राजीव नगर की कॉलोनियों में खत्म होगी सीवरेज की समस्या, राजीव जैन ने किया वादा

वार्ड 14 के नरेंद्र नगर, मोहन नगर, राजीव नगर की कॉलोनियों में सीवेरज की समस्या के समाधान हेतु 86 लाख रूपये की लागत से नई सीवर लाइन डालने का कार्य शुरू किया गया है। नगर निगम मेयर राजीव जैन तथा पार्षद सूर्य दहिया के साथ होली चाइल्ड स्कूल के पास नारियल तोड़कर किया। मेयर राजीव जैन ने नरेंद्र नगर एवं रूप नगर की गलियों का भी दौरा कर नागरिकों की कई माह से सीवेरज का गन्दा पानी खड़ा रहने की शिकायतों को भी सुना और समाधान का आश्वाशन दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि नरेंद्र नगर में सीवेरज के पानी की समस्या से निजात दिलवाने के लिए सीवेरज पानी का डाइवर्जन बैंयापुर खुर्द की मैन सड़क से जा रही बड़ी लाइन में किया जायेगा ताकि लोड कम हो सके। नागरिकों ने बताया कि गन्दा पानी गलियों में खड़ा रहने से हमारा घरों से बाहर निकलना भी दूभर हो गया है।

उन्होंने बताया कि इसके अतिरिक्त मोहन नगर तथा राजीव नगर में जंहा सीवर कि लाइन नहीं है उन कालोनियों में नई लाइन बिछाई जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी वार्डों में समान विकास करवाते हुए एक-एक समस्या का हल निकल रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि गांव राठधना में 90 करोड़ रूपये की लागत से नया सीवेरज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट बनाने का टेंडर जारी हो चूका है, इसके बाद शहर में सीवेरज जाम की समस्या नहीं रहेगी।

वार्ड 18 में फुटपाथ रिपेयर का कार्य किया शुरू :-
राजीव जैन ने सेक्टर 23 के फुटपाथ की मरम्मत का काम शुरू करवाया जिस पर 28 लाख रूपये की लागत आएगी। उन्होंने बताया टूटे हुए डिवाइडर की मरम्मत एवं सौंदर्यीकरण भी किया जाएगा। कार्यक्रमों में राजेश दहिया, शैलेन्द्र गौतम, विकास तिवारी, विक्की शर्मा, संदीप पंवार, जगबीर, पंडित कैलाश चंद, गोविंद सिंह,जयपाल सिंह, संजू पहलवान, राजा जोगी, चमेल सिंह, सीमा सरोहा, सुनील सरोहा, मास्टर ओम, राजेश मलिक, अनिल शर्मा, राजपाल, अनिल राठी सहित अन्य कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित रहे।

Work has begun to lay a new sewer line at a cost of ?86 lakh to resolve the persistent sewerage problems in the colonies of Ward 14, including Narendra Nagar, Mohan Nagar, and Rajiv Nagar. Mayor of the Municipal Corporation Rajiv Jain, along with Councillor Surya Dahiya, inaugurated the project by breaking a coconut near Holy Child School.

Mayor Rajiv Jain also toured the lanes of Narendra Nagar and Roop Nagar, where residents had been complaining for months about stagnant sewage water. He assured the citizens that their issues would soon be resolved. He stated that to ease the burden on the sewer system, sewage water from Narendra Nagar would be diverted into the larger mainline passing through Baiyapur Khurd’s main road.

Residents mentioned that the accumulation of dirty water in the streets had made it extremely difficult to even step outside their homes.

In addition, Rajiv Jain informed that new sewer lines will be installed in parts of Mohan Nagar and Rajiv Nagar where there is no existing sewerage infrastructure. He emphasized that development is being carried out equally in all wards, with each problem being addressed individually.

He also revealed that a tender has been issued for the construction of a new Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) in Rathdhana village at an estimated cost of ?90 crore, which will permanently resolve sewer blockage issues in the city.

Footpath Repair Work Begins in Ward 18:
Rajiv Jain has also initiated the repair work for footpaths in Sector 23, with the project expected to cost ?28 lakh. He added that broken dividers will also be repaired and beautified.
