Youth Murdered After Clash Over Hookah, Body Dumped Outside House

In village Kami of Sonipat, a 31-year-old man named Ankit was brutally murdered on Sunday, and his body was dumped outside his house. It is reported that a heated argument broke out while smoking hookah at a local youth’s house, which escalated into a deadly confrontation. The murder is also suspected to be a result of an ongoing personal rivalry. Ankit was the only son of his family and supported them by driving a private bus and farming.

Upon receiving the information, Sadar police station and crime unit reached the scene. The forensic team was called in to collect evidence, and the body was sent for post-mortem to the civil hospital. Police have detained two suspects from the village and are interrogating them.

Sources say that while smoking hookah with his neighbor Deepak, a dispute broke out, following which Ankit was attacked with sticks and rods, leading to his death.
