Three Arrested for Snatching Youth’s Mobile Phone Near Cyber Police Station in Sonipat

In a swift police action, three men were arrested for snatching a mobile phone from a youth near the Cyber Police Station in Sector-23, Sonipat. The arrested accused have been identified as Prince and Maan, residents of Jatwara, and Gopal, a resident of Adarsh Nagar.

The incident took place on Tuesday when Anish, a resident of Dahiya Colony, had gone to Sector-23 for some work. While he was walking back home near the Cyber Police Station, three men on a black motorcycle approached him and snatched his mobile phone before fleeing the spot.

Following his complaint, the police registered a case and began the investigation. The accused were soon identified and arrested. The police also recovered the snatched mobile phone and the motorcycle used in the crime from their possession.

After interrogation, the three accused were produced in court, from where they were sent to judicial custody.
