सोनीपत कच्चे क्वार्टर मार्केट के व्यवसायियों ने एकजुटता के साथ अपना पूर्ण समर्थन भाजपा के मेयर प्रत्याशी राजीव जैन को देकर सोनीपत निगम क्षेत्र की जनता से उन्हें भारी मतों से जीत दिलवाकर मेयर बनाने की अपील की । इस दौरान व्यवसायियोंने भाजपा मेयर प्रत्याशी राजीव जैन का जोरदार स्वागत कर उन्हें 85 किलो लड्डुओं से तौलते हुए हुए विजयी होने का आशीर्वाद देकर उनका मुंह मीठा कराया। राजीव जैन ने कहा कि जनता आज समझ चुकी है कि उनके मेयर बनते ही सोनीपत निगम क्षेत्र का सर्वांगीण विकास काफी तेजी से होगा और यह नगर निगम एक मॉडल रूप में उभरकर प्रदेश का आदर्श नगर निगम बनेगा।
सरदार मंजीत सिंह, अनमोल परुथी,राकेश चोपड़ा, यशपाल अरोड़ा, जवाहर चांदना, नरेश छाबड़ा, धर्मपाल, अमित कौशिक, अनूप, मनीष राई, मनीष एमके, करण तनेजा, सोनू कथूरिया , अंकुश मल्होत्रा, अशोक वधवा, नोनू सेठी आदि स्थानीय व्यवसायियों ने कहा कि पिछले 38 सालों से भाजपा के मेयर प्रत्याशी राजीव जैन समाज के हर वर्ग की मदद के लिए 24 घंटे तत्पर दिखाई दिए हैं। लोगों की हर मुसीबत में उनका साथ दिया है । कच्चे क्वार्टर मार्केट में आगजनी की घटनाओं के बाद व्यवसायियों को निजी स्तर पर और सरकारी-प्रशासनिक स्तर पर मदद उपलब्ध करवाया है ।
ऐसे में समाज के सभी वर्गों के साथ व्यवसायियों की विशेष जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि वे सभी एकजुट होकर सोनीपत के मेयर के पद पर राजीव जैन को आसीन करें। उन्होंने राजीव जैन को आश्वासन दिया कि आने वाली 2 मार्च को सोनीपत नगर निगम के मेयर उप चुनाव में भाजपा को भारी बहुमत से जीत दिलवाएंगे। राजीव जैन ने उन्हें भरोसा दिलवाया कि सोनीपत की जनता की आवाज बनकर आपके सभी छोटे-बड़े काम तेजी से करवाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि पूरे चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान मिले आप सभी से मिले प्यार और समर्थन से हमारा हौसला और भी दृढ़ हुआ है।
भाजपा के मेयर प्रत्याशी राजीव जैन ने शुक्रवार को श्रीराम शर्मा पार्क एमजी मॉल के पीछे, शिव मंदिर के साथ वाली गली, बाबा कॉलोनी टाटा शोरूम के पास, एमसी मार्केट एसोसिएशन, 8 मारला, कच्चे क्वार्टर मार्केट, रौनक गार्डन सामुदायिक केंद्र नजदीक खाटू श्याम मंदिर कालूपुर चुंगी, ईदगाह रोड, मयूर विहार, अंबेडकर कॉलोनी शिव मंदिर के पास, भगत सिंह कॉलोनी, भगतपुरा ओल्ड डीसी रोड, कैलाशपुर सहित विभिन्न जगहों पर सभाओं को संबोधित करते हुए यह बातें कही। इस सभाओं में पहुंचने पर स्थानीय लोगों ने मेयर प्रत्याशी राजीव जैन का फूल मालाओं से जोरदार स्वागत किया और चुनाव में जीत के लिए अपना आशीर्वाद दिया। इस मौके पर राजीव जैन ने कहा कि वे अपने कार्यों से जन भावनाओं पर खरा उतरने का पूरा प्रयास करेंगे। मेयर प्रत्याशी राजीव जैन ने कहा प्रदेश भर में भाजपा अपने काम के दम पर निकाय चुनाव में ऐतिहासिक जीत दर्ज करेगी और ट्रिपल इंजन की सरकार बनेगी।
