वोडाफोन आइडिया (Vi) ने सोनीपत में अपनी 5जी सेवाओं की शुरुआत की है। कंपनी के अनुसार, यह लॉन्च 23 शहरों और 17 प्रायोरिटी सर्कल्स में चल रहे उसके 5जी रोलआउट का हिस्सा है, जहां उसने 5जी स्पेक्ट्रम हासिल किया है।

फिलहाल Vi की 5जी सेवाएं मुंबई, दिल्ली-एनसीआर, बेंगलुरु, मैसूर, चंडीगढ़, पटना, नागपुर और जयपुर जैसे प्रमुख शहरों में उपलब्ध हैं। Vi ने नोकिया के साथ साझेदारी कर ऊर्जा-कुशल एडवांस्ड इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर स्थापित किया है और नेटवर्क प्रदर्शन को ऑटोमैटिकली बेहतर बनाने के लिए एआई-आधारित सेल्फ-ऑर्गनाइजिंग नेटवर्क (SON) लागू किए हैं।

सोनीपत के 5जी-सक्षम डिवाइस वाले Vi उपयोगकर्ता 25 जुलाई से 5जी सेवाओं का लाभ उठा सकेंगे। लॉन्च ऑफर के तहत, कंपनी 299 रुपये से शुरू होने वाले प्लान्स पर यूजर्स को अनलिमिटेड 5जी डेटा दे रही है।

वोडाफोन आइडिया के पंजाब, हरियाणा, हिमाचल प्रदेश और जम्मू-कश्मीर बिजनेस हेड राहुल जोशी ने कहा,

हाल ही में कंपनी ने राजस्थान की राजधानी जयपुर में भी हाई-स्पीड 5जी सेवाओं की शुरुआत की थी। लॉन्च ऑफर के तहत, Vi उपयोगकर्ताओं को 299 रुपये से शुरू होने वाले प्लान्स पर अनलिमिटेड 5जी डेटा दिया जा रहा है।

Vodafone Idea (Vi) has officially launched its 5G services in Sonipat, as part of its ongoing 5G rollout across 23 cities in 17 priority circles where it holds 5G spectrum.

Currently, Vi’s 5G services are available in key cities such as Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Mysuru, Chandigarh, Patna, Nagpur, and Jaipur. Vi has partnered with Nokia to deploy advanced, energy-efficient infrastructure and implemented AI-driven Self-Organizing Networks (SON) to automatically optimize network performance.

Vi customers in Sonipat with 5G-enabled devices can start using Vi 5G services from July 25. As a part of its introductory offer, the telecom operator is providing unlimited 5G data on plans starting at ?299.

Earlier this week, Vi also rolled out high-speed 5G connectivity in Jaipur as part of its nationwide expansion across 23 cities. As a promotional offer, Vi is offering unlimited 5G data on plans starting from ?299.
