पुलिस ने गांव डबरपुर निवासी कृष्ण उर्फ महाराज को 12.37 ग्राम हेरोइन और 6.43 ग्राम एमडीएमए के साथ गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी को अदालत में पेश किया गया, जहां से उसे एक दिन के पुलिस रिमांड पर भेज दिया गया।

पुलिस प्रवक्ता के अनुसार, वीरवार को कुंडली क्राइम यूनिट के एएसआई प्रदीप टीम के साथ गांव भटाना जाफराबाद क्षेत्र में गश्त पर थे। इसी दौरान सूचना मिली कि कार से आ रहे एक युवक के पास मादक पदार्थ मौजूद है। सूचना के आधार पर माहरा रोड पर भटाना पीएचसी के सामने नाकाबंदी कर माहरा की ओर से आ रही कार को रोका गया।

राजपत्रित अधिकारी की उपस्थिति में जब कृष्ण की तलाशी ली गई तो उसके पास से दो पॉलिथीन बरामद हुईं। जांच में एक पॉलिथीन से 12.37 ग्राम हेरोइन और दूसरी से 6.43 ग्राम एमडीएमए (मेथिलीन डाइ ऑक्सी मेथैम्फेटामाइन) बरामद हुई। इसके बाद मोहाना थाने में एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज कर आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।

Police have arrested a youth identified as Krishan alias Maharaj, a resident of village Dabarpur, in possession of 12.37 grams of heroin and 6.43 grams of MDMA. The accused was produced before the court, which granted a one-day police remand.

According to a police spokesperson, on Thursday, ASI Pradeep of the Kundli Crime Unit, along with his team, was present in the Bhattana Jafarpur area. The team received a tip-off that a ???? traveling in a car was carrying narcotic substances. Acting on the information, police set up a checkpoint near Bhattana PHC on Mahra Road and stopped a car coming from the Mahra side.

In the presence of a gazetted officer, a search of the accused was conducted, during which two polythene packets were recovered. Upon examination, one packet was found to contain 12.37 grams of heroin, while the other contained 6.43 grams of MDMA (Methylenedioxymethamphetamine). Subsequently, a case was registered under the NDPS Act at Mohana police station, and the accused was taken into custody.
