DC Conducts Surprise Inspection of Offices, Issues Strict Directives

Deputy Commissioner Sushil Sarwan conducted a surprise inspection of offices located at the Mini Secretariat on Friday.

During the inspection, he directed officials to ensure proper cleanliness in all offices, warning that negligence would lead to strict action against those responsible. He also instructed that all records be maintained accurately by the concerned officers.

The Deputy Commissioner emphasized that it is the responsibility of all officials to ensure government schemes and services reach eligible beneficiaries within the stipulated time frame. He added that any official correspondence sent to different branches must be acted upon promptly, and any laxity in duties will result in disciplinary action.

He further instructed officers to dispose of old records that have already been digitized in accordance with prescribed rules and regulations.
