District-Level Protest Planned Over Employee Demands

he district committee of the Haryana Government PWD Mechanical Workers Union held a meeting on Thursday at the Public Health Department office. District in-charge and State Vice President, Dharmaraj Ghanghas, informed that the central committee has submitted a memorandum of demands to the departmental minister, officials, and the Chief Minister.

Considering the concrete assurance given by the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, a top-level meeting between the central union leadership and the government will be scheduled soon.

District President Vishnu Dutt Bhardwaj stated that all local branches will hand over memorandums to the concerned officers regarding their staff’s demands. If the demands are not met in time, sit-in protests will be held outside the offices of the officials at the district level.

The meeting was conducted by District Secretary Ramprasad, and others present included State Organization Secretary Kushalpal Chauhan, Spokesperson Vinod Sharma, Joint Secretary Satish Kumar, Dilbagh Singh, Lahna Singh, Brajmohan, and Sunder Singh.
