मई 2025 में हरियाणा के सोनीपत में रंजिश के चलते हुई एक हत्या में इस्तेमाल किए गए तमंचे कैराना से खरीदे गए थे। सोनीपत सीआईए ने इन हथियार सप्लायर्स की तलाश में छापेमारी की। मंगलवार को सीआईए-1 सोनीपत के एसआई बिजेश्वर कुमार अपनी टीम के साथ कोतवाली पहुंचे और इस संबंध में आमद दर्ज कराई। उनके साथ हत्यारोपी रविन्द्र उर्फ काला भी मौजूद था।

मामले के अनुसार, सोनीपत के इशोपुर खीरी निवासी अशोक ने गोहाना शहर थाने में शिकायत दी थी कि उसका छोटा भाई अजय लगभग 8–10 साल पहले गांव के ही विजय की मौत की घटना में शामिल था, जिसके कारण मृतक परिवार के साथ उनकी रंजिश चली आ रही थी।

12 मई को अजय अपनी पत्नी आरती और एक वर्ष की बेटी काव्या के साथ इंदू हॉस्पिटल, गोहाना जींद रोड पर दवाई लेने गया था। जैसे ही वह गाड़ी से उतरा, वहीं खड़ी दूसरी गाड़ियों से दो हमलावर उतरे और अजय पर गोली चलाकर उसकी हत्या कर दी। इस घटना में 15 नामजद लोगों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया।

हरियाणा पुलिस के अनुसार, केस में अवैध हथियारों की धारा भी शामिल की गई है। पूछताछ में हत्यारोपियों ने बताया कि हत्या में इस्तेमाल किए गए तमंचे कैराना क्षेत्र से खरीदे गए थे। इसके बाद हरियाणा पुलिस ने स्थानीय पुलिस के साथ मिलकर इलाके में कई जगह दबिश दी।

In May 2025, a murder driven by an old rivalry took place in Sonipat, Haryana, in which pistols purchased from Kairana were used. The Sonipat CIA conducted raids in search of the weapon suppliers. On Tuesday, SI Bijeshwar Kumar of CIA-1, along with his team, arrived at the Kotwali police station to register the official report. The murder accused Ravindra alias Kala was also in custody with the Haryana Police.

According to the case details, Ashok from Ishopur Khiri, Sonipat, had filed a report at Gohana City Police Station stating that his younger brother Ajay had been involved in an incident nearly 8–10 years ago that led to the death of Vijay, a man from the same village. Since then, the victim’s family held a grudge against Ajay’s family.

On 12 May, Ajay had gone with his wife Aarti and one-year-old daughter Kavya to Indu Hospital on Gohana–Jind Road for medicines. As soon as he stepped out of the car, two men emerged from nearby parked vehicles and shot him dead. A case was registered against 15 accused individuals.

Haryana Police reported that the case also involved charges related to illegal weapons. During interrogation, the accused revealed that the pistols used in the murder were bought from the Kairana area. Following this information, Haryana Police, along with the local police, carried out multiple raids in the region.
