Mock Drill Conducted to Train Employees on Fire Safety Measures

A mock drill was organized on Wednesday at the District Income Tax Office located on Atlas Road with the support of the Fire and Safety Department to raise awareness among employees about fire safety. During the exercise, employees were trained on self-protection methods and the correct response in case of a fire emergency.

The purpose of the drill was to educate staff about safety measures during emergencies and to enhance their preparedness. Fire department personnel explained that in the event of a fire, one should remain calm and immediately use fire extinguishers to control the flames.

Employees were also given hands-on training on how to operate fire extinguishers.
Income Tax Officer (ITO) and Nodal Officer Ashok Unnati stated that the mock drill aimed to familiarize all employees with safety and self-defense measures to prevent any disaster or mishap.

During the drill, officers Vipin, Varun Dev, Inspector Om Prakash, Ashish Mittal, Superintendent Ashish Kadian, Amit Kumar, Ashish, and Hitesh Gupta were present.
